  • Shipping Partner: We have partnered with Shiprocket, one of India’s most reliable logistics networks, to deliver your orders securely and on time.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 1–2 working days. You will receive an email update with your tracking ID as soon as your order is shipped.
  • Shipping Coverage: We currently deliver across India. Delivery timelines may vary for remote or rural areas.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
  • Secure Payments: All online payments on our website are processed through Razorpay, a trusted and secure payment gateway.
  • Payment Methods Accepted: Credit / Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)
  • Payment Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email along with the order details.
You can track your shipment using the tracking link shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
Alternatively, you can also track your order directly through our Track Order page by entering your Order ID and registered email or phone number.
