Replacement & Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we provide a smooth replacement or exchange process to ensure you receive the right book.

Replacement or exchange is available only for online orders placed through our official website, provided that:

  • A wrong or defective book is received, or you wish to exchange for another subject/class.
  • The request is raised within 72 hours of delivery.
  • The book is unused, unmarked, and in its original condition with packaging.
  • Clear photos of the received book and packaging are mandatory for processing.

For wrong/defective books, we will arrange a pickup and send the correct book at no extra cost.

For exchanges (different subjects/class), the customer must ship the book back at their own expense. After verification, we will dispatch the requested book (if in stock). All exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • For wrong/defective books: The company covers the pickup and replacement cost.
  • For exchange requests: The customer covers both return and new shipping charges.

Once the returned book is received and verified, the replacement or exchange is processed within 5–7 working days.

Yes, cancellation is possible if you inform us within 24 hours of placing your order or before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it. In such cases, our replacement and exchange policy will apply.

In very rare cases, such as a pricing error or an unexpected technical issue, we may need to cancel or refuse an order. If this happens, you will be informed promptly by email or phone, and a 100% refund will be issued.
